If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
Unused and in their original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Custom or bulk orders may not be eligible for return unless the product is faulty.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
All YB Safety locks include a lifetime warranty on the locking mechanism against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers:
Mechanical faults or failures during normal use
Defects in craftsmanship or materials related to the locking mechanism
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
Normal surface wear and tear (e.g., scratches, rust, or finish changes)
Keys, housings, or other external components
Products used outside their intended purpose
If the locking mechanism develops a covered issue at any point, we will replace it free of charge ensuring your safety and peace of mind remain protected for life.
Note: To be eligible for a product exchange under our warranty, all original keys must be returned.
